Renita has thoroughly enjoyed the success of being a former Professional Fitness and Bodybuilder Competitor.

Renita is certified in Kick Boxing Cardio, Tae Bo, Striptease Workout, Group Fitness & Strength Training and Boot Camp Fitness. She is a Certified Weight Management Specialist and Sport Nutritionist. She has specialized in Private, Personal, Group Athletic Training and Pole Dance for the past 15 years.
