On Saturday, September 7th, Dwyane Wade will host the “Live to Dream” Festival at Douglas Park. The Wade’s World Foundation has collaborated with the City of Chicago to provide a day of entertainment, resources and encouragement for children and young adults within the city.

The FREE festival will forge a strong message that we believe our youth will make better choices when their natural abilities, talents, and aspirations are nurtured through quality programming in a safe environment. There will be an opportunity for youth to sign up for City approved after school programs to ensure access to a safe haven throughout the year. Onsite activities will include entertainment, free dental and health screenings, and employment opportunities for young adults.
