The Minority Legal Education Resources (MLER) reconnected with its past by bringing together alumni and future law students to celebrate the organization’s milestone 35th anniversary.

MLER helps diverse and underrepresented law students prepare for the bar exam and has, over the years, transformed into a program that promotes diversity and inclusion in the legal profession by educating students in the development of study and exam-taking skills as well as offering joint programming with like-minded organizations.

Key attendees included Judge Ann Claire Williams, United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, who was instrumental in expanding the program and establishing MLER.
