The first of its kind in the city and completely free to participants, the Chicago South Side Nurse-Family Partnership improves the lives of first time low-income teenage mothers and their babies.
Nurse-Family Partnership® (nursefamilypartnership.org) is a national service organization backed by over 30 years of research that shows consistent, multi-generational benefits from program participation. NFP participants have increased employment rates, better prenatal health and fewer subsequent pregnancies, while children of NFP moms show better health and greater school readiness.
Please help us raise awareness, support and funds so we can expand this program to even more mothers and children right here in Chicago!
