In honor of the artists of AfriCOBRA, and to commemorate the closing of the joint exhibition, AFRICOBRA in Chicago, The South Side Community Arts Center, the Reva and David Logan Center for the Arts at the University of Chicago, and The DuSable Museum invite you to a special reception with passed hors d’ouevres, electrifying performances and guided tours of the exhibition, AFRICOBRA: Art and Impact.

Performance artists include: Muntu Dance Theater; Masequa Myers; Avery R. Young; M’Reld Green; Aniba Hotep Soul Collective; and a special tribute to founding member of OBAC, and founder of Kuumba Workshop, Val Gray Ward.
